“Updated after my stay: after my previous review, I think it is only fair to add that my experience at the hotel was finally very positive. Once the initial reservation issue was solved, everything went very well. During the stay, the attention received was excellent. I would especially like to highlight the care and professionalism of the Director, as well as the kindness and dedication of the team in general. We felt very well looked after at all times. There was clear attention to detail, personalised care and a genuine willingness to help, which made a very positive difference. For that reason, I also want to say that the final guest experience was genuinely good and clearly much better than the impression created during the reservation process. My thanks to the Director and the whole team for their attention and professionalism. My experience with this hotel’s reservation management, however, was initially very poor. The booking was made through the link provided by the Catalan Chess Federation for the 2026 Catalonia Chess Championship. For some reason, whether due to my own mistake or a system issue, the reservation was made for 6 nights instead of the 5 I actually needed, and the full amount was charged at the agreed federation rate. This should have been a simple issue to resolve. Instead, I had to call the hotel many times, going through switchboards, transfers and dead ends. Although I spoke with several people, nobody seemed able or willing to take responsibility for solving a basic issue related to a fully paid booking. I also sent a detailed email and received no reply for a full week. On another occasion, after calmly explaining the situation once again, the person at reception hung up on me. The original problem was minor. What made the experience so disappointing was not the booking error itself, but the extraordinary difficulty of finding anyone prepared to take ownership of a straightforward customer matter. A hotel is judged not only by its facilities, but by how it responds when a guest needs help. In that respect, my initial experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. Update (15/03/2026): After posting this review, the hotel contacted me directly and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I appreciated that very much, and after my stay I can also say that the service received at the hotel itself was fully in line with that much better standard.”

“Very accommodating to my son's allergies! Had food specially cooked for him. Rooms were nice and clean, had adjoining rooms with other friends. Elian was a great entertainer!”

“I am writing this review to say how excellent my experience was staying at this resort. It is family oriented but is highly enjoyable for adults to. It has a variety of activities to do, the atmosphere was lovely a real vibe.. The food was fantastic and something for everyone to eat, quality ! We met lovely people and friendly kids. Please stop posting negative reviews on this hotel . Its great value for money! Specifical thanks to Ivan and Lucia our family host who was super animated and fantastic energy the kids .”

“The hotel had great activities for my children who are 4 and 8. The play area staff were very friendly. Lucia made my children feel very welcome and they loved going there. The disco and karaoke was also really fun and good entertainment for the adults and kids”
